People who drive for a living are not only bus drivers, car sales representatives, and rental car assistants. There are those boys who like to fly on the track and for that reason, they are called pilots. Well, they don’t exactly fly but driving competitively with 200 mph is definitely a big deal. We are talking about the drivers of Formula 1 and in the following piece, we will get to meet a few of them.

There’s no way to talk about 2018 F1 drivers without highlighting Lewis Hamilton. He is known for being a loudmouth of sorts. This is not necessarily a bad thing as his honesty is notorious. Hamilton joined F1 in 2007 and astonished everyone by finishing 2nd in the championship. After that, he went on to win 4 titles and is definitely on the hunt this season in 2018. Lewis is also known for taking part in a number of car commercials. We have to say, he’s a good fit for any brand that offers cars for sale.

Another driver to watch in the 2018 F1 championship is Kimi Räikkönen. They call him the “Iceman” thanks to his Finnish origin. Even though Kimi was a promising driver since he first entered F1 in 2001, he had to wait 2 years in order to win a race for the first time. Unlike Hamilton, Räikkönen has been part of 3 teams throughout his career – Sauber, McLaren, and Ferrari. There’s little doubt that the vet is hungry for wins in 2018.

Is This The Time Of The Rookie?

And now let’s shift to a new face – Brendon Hartley. The New Zealand kid joined Formula one in 2017 but that happened when there were just 4 races left in the season. It is safe to say that 2018 is Hartley’s rookie season. But please don’t think that he has been driving used cars all these years. No sir, Brendon has driven in 8 different championships since 2009. That means that he basically switched leagues every year. One thing is for sure, there’s plenty of potential in this young boy, and his future is bright.

Let’s not forget that there are 17 more exciting drivers in this year’s F1 championship and anything can happen. Enjoying this type of car driving is the only thing we can really do.
