Cars are one of those inventions that started the never-ending romance between humans and machines. Kind of a "magic" construction, its main purpose is still to take you from point A to point B. Along with your family, your dog, and all necessary equipment. Simple, yet convenient it serves you well. And even better when you take care of it.

Maybe that is why we even give names to our cars. The top 3 names for cars in the UK are Little Red, Betsy, and Poppy.

From its first days of existence until today the car is the investment that becomes part of the family. Maybe the care it requires makes us have this special bond with it. The more you invest, the dearest it becomes. We need to feed it, clean it, change parts when the time comes, etc. But it still pays us back well! The car is there for our first date, or when we need to get out of town and go fishing with friends. It's there when the kid is sick or when the shop is too far away.

To no one’s surprise, the automotive industry is one of the leading economic forces in the EU with a €90 billion trade surplus and a turnover accounting for 6.8% of the EU’s GDP.

Yes, today we are concerned about air pollution and global warming, but no one is giving up on cars. Regardless of the announced of future diesel regulations, people still buy used cars in the UK. And most probably will continue to do it. Why? Because people love their cars. And even when you search for used cars sales, you look for signs telling you “this is your car".
